Children’s Choice accepts checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card.  We do not accept cash. A discounted automatic payment option is available. 

Payments may be made at the SAC Program site, or mailed to 6501 Lomas Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110.

To ensure proper credit, please write your child's first and last name on the memo line of your check.
