REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

This new system will be portal-based. That means you can register and go back in to your account and make changes! Here is a step-by-step breakdown of registering your child, making changes to your schedule, and logging back in to your portal.

 

Filling out the Summer Registration Application

You only have to fill out a form one more time, per child. After that, each season, you will login to an account, confirm your information, and enroll.

  1.  Go to: https://www.daycareworks.com/registration/childrenschoice/start_registration.js
  2.  Pick a location at the top of the page.
  3. Pick either Summer Day Camp or Enrichment Camp (you can add the other later after your file is complete)
  4. Select all the weeks you would like to enroll your child.
  5.  Click "Continue" at the bottom right of your screen.

- If you did not select a location on the previous screen, you will see all weeks for all of the sites. PLEASE make sure you are selecting the correct screen.

  1.  Fill out all information for your child's application.
  2.  Click "Add to Cart" at bottom right of your screen.
  3.  This next screen will allow you to print your IEA (this is required for summer attendance!), review the weeks you have selected, add more programs, and add siblings.

- To print your IEA, click "Print Info Card" under your child's name.

- To add more programs (either Enrichment Camps or Summer Day Camp weeks) , click "Add More Programs" under your child's name. Make your selections as you did before, filtering by location and then reviewing and selecting options.

- To add a sibling, click "Add New Student"

- To review your weeks, scroll down to the "Your Program Selections" section.

  1.  ACCOUNT INFORMATION:This is where you make a user ID and password to log into your account. You can create this log in for either guardian or emergency contact person. Your password will need to be seven (7) characters long with one capital letter, one number, and one special character (?/!@#$%^&*).
  2.  The field under "Payment Information" should say "Check Out". Select continue. If your registration is approved, your charges will be added to your account for all programs and weeks selected.
  3.  Please acknowledge that have read all confirmation questions.
  4.  Select "Complete Registration". You will be taken to a screen to show all programs selected for your application. You will be notified by email if your registration is approved. If you have an outstanding balance, your registration will NOT be approved. Please contact Michelle (michelle@childrens-choice.org) if you have a previous balance to pay.
  5.  YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT UNTIL YOUR REGISTRATION IS APPROVED. KEEP AND EYE ON YOUR EMAIL!

Logging into your account when your registration has been approved:

  1.  Go to:https://family.daycareworks.com/login.do

-  Fill out the "Member" information with the UserID and password you have created. We also recommend saving this link to your favorites for easy access!

  1.  To make changes to your registration, please click the "Registration" tile. Select the weeks/programs as you did previously. Delete programs by pressing the red "X".

-  Please note: After May 19th, you will not be able to drop weeks. You will be financially responsible for all weeks selected at that time.

Information to save:

  1.  You will be assigned a PIN after your registration is approved. Keep this number safe! You will use it to sign in and out when you take your child to the program. We will provide you more information about this closer to the start of the summer program.
  2.  You will need your login information to access your account and make changes to your schedule, pay bills, and check announcements.
