The Associate Directors are in a leadership development position reserved specifically for those who are working toward the position of Program Site Director. Associate Director positions are a full-time position. Starting pay is $22.50 per hour.
The Program Site Directors are responsible for the day-to-day operation of an individual school-based program site. Program Directors work directly with children, families, school faculty, and staff. Program Directors supervise the Assistants, Caregivers, Enrichment Instructors, and Associate Directors. The Program Director position is full-time. The starting pay is $26 per hour, plus full-time benefits.

PROGRAM SITE DIRECTORS
Program Site Directors are responsible for the day-to-day operation of the program site. They supervise and develop the caregivers and associate directors, communicate with families, build relationships with the school and oversee all program activities.
Program Site Director Qualifications (Preferred)
Bachelor's Degree in a related field,
OR a bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field and 1 year of experience,
OR an AA degree/2 years of college and two years experience,
OR a high school diploma and 3 years of experience.
The Site Director position is full-time. The starting pay is $26/hr or $54,080 per year, plus full-time benefits.

LOCATIONS
We have 10 program locations: Arroyo Del Oso, Bandelier, Double Eagle, Georgia O'Keeffe, Inez, Hubert Humphrey, John Baker, North Star, , Osuna, and Sombra Del Monte Elementary Schools.
Staff placement decisions are made based on the best interests of the children and the program. Staff preferences for placement are granted whenever possible.

HOURS OF OPERATION
We operate from 7 AM—6 PM, M-F, whenever school is not in session. (excluding national holidays). A variety of staffing schedules are considered.
